Precision machining refers to the machining with a machining accuracy of 10~0.1 μ m and a surface roughness of less than 0.1 μ m.

Diamond turning and diamond boring

Both diamond turning and diamond boring use polycrystalline diamond tools for cutting.

honing

Honing is mainly to finish the hole with an oilstone (also called honing strip) embedded in the honing head.

grind

Grinding is the finishing of the machined surface through the relative movement of the lapping tool and the workpiece under a certain pressure by using the abrasive particles coated or embedded on the lapping tool.

Superfinishing

Super finishing is to finish the finished surface with fine grained oilstone mounted on the vibrating head.

Abrasive belt grinding

Abrasive belt grinding is the grinding of workpiece surface with high-speed annular abrasive belt.

Mirror grinding

Mirror grinding is a grinding method to achieve the best surface roughness. After grinding, the surface roughness of the workpiece is no more than 0.01 μ m, and the light is like a mirror, which can be clearly imaged.
