Just like this, colleagues in some departments have no knowledge or half understanding of machinery and even jigs and fixtures. They only ask for or criticize according to their own ideas, sometimes leaving people at a loss. When working in an enterprise, problems can never be solved. In many cases, I feel that I have no way to solve them, but I still have to find ways to accomplish them. Others only look at the results, and only the boss has excuses.
